He's an German angora bunny. It was love at first sight. Sadly, Kim wouldn't let me buy him. I think he was jealous.
Also, being on a fiber diet (because of NaKniSweMo) and being surrounded by hand spun and hand died merino, cashmir and angora is downright torture. Torture!! Not only did I almost buy an angora bunny (I sware I was *this* close to buying him) I had briefly considered buying a cashmir goat. $100 for a kid, can you imagine what that would save me on yarn? What was worse, was the goat harder (another knitter) said cashmir goats are the easiest of all goat breeds to raise and make great pets.
All in all, I had lots of self restraint. I didn't know I had it in me. The Common Ground was lots of fun, maybe I'll go back tomorrow after we go sailing. Maybe, if my bunny isn't sold by then, I'll take it as a sign and make him mine :-)
